Yes change them. I recently purchased the matte black ones, as seen in my sig, from Trinity.
They're great! I hightly recommend going through Nerwyll @ Trinity. I ordered my set and
they arrived within 2 days of the purchase.

I had installed matt black grilles and they look really good on black car. They are the same color/feel as shadowline trim, so match the rest of the car well.

I got the grilles from a E60 member here, not sure where he got them, but Trinity sells very high quality grilles as mentioned above. they are a good vendor too, from what I hear.
I have 20% ceramic tint all around. Gotta have that in Texas :-)
