Ok so, I am thinking of changing my rims up a lil bit... What do you guys think? I know I am gonna get mixed answers but I think it will look sick! I am planning on painting the lips on my DPE's to match the color of my car. (alpine white for the slow ones... see sig
) So what do you all think. I was browsing the forums and came across this picture.. It alone was my inspiration.

sorry for the crappy ps on the rear wheel but the pc i had to work with didn;t show the rear wheel.. I would do this setup or like I said before white centers with black lips. I like this because the black centers are aggresive and it has a perfect touch of what you are kind of looking for..

I can truely appreciate your quest to be unique but i dont think that is going to work to well. This is a BMW not a honda. I did like Hamman 5's idea for paint the lip black and put the white stripe on it. That may be a little more suttle. But hey it is your ride do it if you want. Worse that can happen is you dont like it then change it back.

Don't do it. You car looks amazing as it is!
If you're jonesing to do another mod, do something else, but leave your current wheels on the car and don't paint the lips white.
