In stalled the Rogue Engineering with the weighted shift rod- fantastic and well worth $300. Add the CDV also for $30 and you'll be happy. Last 5 had the UUC and it was great also but I wanted to try the weighted shift rod too-

You'll feel this mod many times a day...

If I understand you correctly, your last 5er had the UUC -- and you're happier with the Rogue Engineering?

I believe the only option we 525/530 drivers have for a short shifter is the RDsport SSK, correct me if I'm wrong but I think the other options mentioned above will not work for the 6 cylinders.

I didn't check and you might be right- they have so many 6 cylinder applications includingthe e90 that I'd be surprised if their techs couldn't tell you which one would fit the 525/530. As for UUC vs. ROGUE, I won't get into a fight- they're both fine products, but I liked the idea of a real beefy shift rod and the shifter feels right now.

I'm going to try the rdsport sport clutch, rs flywheel, and short shift kit soon, when my clutch starts to go. Anyone see any noticeable performance gains with the RDsport Power pulley set for the 530i?

I wasn't instigating a heated debate between UUC and Rogue. With you having experienced SSK from both manufacturers, I simply wanted your input. I'm considering either one, but have heard pros/cons regarding both manufacturers -- so I'm on the fence between the two.
