We are doing an E60 project including Mtech body kit, M5 fenders, 20" wheels and other upgrades. Which lowering spring sets are the best for getting the more lowered agressive look while maintaning a reasonably good ride?

I would say go with the H&R Sport springs since it'll have more of a rake look.

I just installed Eibach Pros and Koni FSD's. The ride is almost like stock... the look is nice but im waiting for the back to settle more.

+1. drop on a 525/530 is 1.4" front and 1.3" rear. if you want lower and more aggressive, and if staying with only springs, you could go with the H&R race springs with shocks and it lowers the whole car 2" all around.

I definitely second the H&R Sport Springs, they offer a nice drop without making the vehicle undriveable.

I got H&R's and the ride is more sporty, I tend to feel the road more. I like the look of the drop too.
