My Ride: 2005 BMW 545I Titanium
FULLY LOADED:
Parking Sensor, Navigation, Cold Weather Package, Premium Package, Sports Package, Logic 7 Surround Sound System, Black Leather Interior, Wood Grain Package, Power Seats, DTC, DSC
I just purchased a 2005 BMW 545i. The car has 33,000 miles on it and cost me a little under 35000. Previously owned by a Japanese family (they kept it mint!) (PIX COMING SOON). I wanted to fix it up so that it would have a more edgier look.
Any suggestions on what to do?
Brakes?
Body Kits?
Rims?
thanks!

Welcome. Is that the going price nowadays. That seems like a really good price.
As far as suggestions, I'd get the basics. M-tech kit, exhaust, 20s and springs or coilovers.

Congrats.
I just purchased Eisenmann Exhaust, which is one of the best out there from Germany for $998 under a group buy.

Congrats on your new ride, i just bought the same car 2 months ago....titanuim 2005 545 sport...and i love it!
As with most modding, i think its a matter of choice and desire. Do you prefer looks over performance or visa versa? I think wheels are the single most mod you can do to any car that will drastically change the look of a car where you'll get the most upfront satisfaction. Currently I have my M-Technic kit on order from Quad-M and wheels are on the way. I also lowered the car just a tad so my 167's will fit just right, and once the M-tech kit is here Ive also go my ACS trunk spoiler sitting in the garage ready to be installed.
I anticipate by the end of this month Ill be taking plenty pics to share with the gang......good luck and please do the same!!
