SA534 High IHKA Retrofit Issue

SA534 High IHKA Retrofit Issue
Hey!
So I've retrofitted the High IHKA Panel into my Pre LCI E61.
Everything seems to be great, I've added SA534 to my VO, recoded the IHKA, CAS and CAPPL but still do not have the options to control air distribution within the iDrive.
So at the moment, if the dials are set to hot, they go to the windscreen, and if set to cold, they go to the centre vents.
Can any one tell me what i need to enable to get the iDrive working with all the Air Distribution options please
