Is is possible to get the Ruthenium A/C knobs as seen on M5 and 2006 cars?

My 535d Sport was delivered with the Ruthenium A/C control nobs, its 2 weeks old

AFAIK, you would need to replace the whole panel.

This question has been asked before and the answer is no to the individual knob. The whole panel needs to be replaced. Bummer!
