rubbing issues front firght side after rims

i just got these bad boys on my car w/ the sports package and the front right rubs on bumps and driveways. what can i do besides rolling my fenders?

those are pretty safe sizes to run. what are the offsets of the rims?

btw are these joe's old iforged fabs? did you buy these from a member in the private member classifieds?

yea thats what i heard also. is there anything i can do to stop the rubbing? if i take the plastic off inside will it mess ne thing up?
