thats another problem that we run into. At WOT, youll see the exhaust gasses coming out of the tips. I didnt want to make an "RPi" exhaust that had none or less exhaust coming out of the passenger side. WHen I see that on other cars, I kinda laugh. I really dont want to laugh at myself. haha

We could make an exhaust for the non M5 with a quad set up but there are two problems.

1. pricing will be really high due to the complex design for increased hp.

2. you will have to modify parts of the car which we really dont like doing. A lot of people say they dont mind but when BMW refuses to do something due to the fact that you "modified" part of the car, its a real pain.

We actually had a nice design for a quad on the 545 and 550 but I pulled the plug on that project because the retail cost would be really high

Really? I mean how expensive are we talking here... The only quads I'm interested in are RDSport... and those are $3100 with claims of power gains...But no proof. It's not really about the power but at the same time I don't want to lose to much power, and since I have heard the GT Exhaust it almost seemed like a no brainer to go with that. But I just can't do it right now... I love the look of quads on the car. I really can't get over it. It's just you guys are soo good at making exhausts. its phenomenal the power gains, and sound you can create over every other exhaust. But why not quads? Just piece something together for me LOL I don't even care as long as it says RPI and it comes from you. I don't even have to dyno it, and I know I will be happy.

And guys what's with all the negative responses? LOL come on now... Just because you tried for quads from RPI as well doesn't mean you have to shut it down. There is light at the end of every tunnel... I hope....

It's seems pretty simple: if you want an RPI quad exhaust set-up with proven gains, first get an M5

I know it's not an exhaust, but do you know that BMS aka Burger Tuning (makers of the JB3 tune for the n54 engine) is releasing a tune to slightly increase the power for the N52 engine....nothing major, but something to look into...
