Already got shadowline; that's a out-dated picture. Waiting to get the exhaust to post new ones. Let me know how awesome your pipes sound

I dont know if RPI reads these boards much or this thread but I would sure like to hear an explanation as to how a 2.5 inch diameter pipe is going to be better than the stock OEM 2.75 inch piping coming out of the muffler-so right after the resonator the RPI attaches and basically converts a stock 2.75 inch pipe into a 2.5inch RPI pipe and then out to the muffler-so a DECREASE in pipe size-Now I have never heard of or seen that-I mean the engine is small-3 L but is making 258hp or 272 in the 08s and already have plenty of velocity with a 2.75 inch pipe IMO-not sure how dropping size pipe can benefit, ESPECIALLY at the 5-7k rpms where velocity is fast enough and flow seemingly would be lessened by a smalller diameter pipe yet the dyno on the 225hp model shows gains throughout the entire rpm range

could anyone tell me how this setup works

Is there some sort of issue with the exhaust diameter?

Love it! That was like a commercial interruption from your own thread, to comment on his car. Hahahahahaha! So funny.

Thanks for clarifying. I wasn't 100% sure since you had mentioned in only four previous posts in this thread, and once in another thread on the same topic.
