Will installing RPI Exhaust cause any issues with my BMW Warranty?

I am thinking also to get RPI because I found it the best sounded exhaust so far. But wondering about the installation. Is this easy DIY?

It is really an awesome exhaust, especially at the $882 price point
it would be an easy DIY if you had a lift, else its a pain to get under. A good local Indy shop should do it for no more than $100
