So, we made some changes to the 545 exhaust (modify the transition, change rotation of inlet pipe and hangers). We put about 100 miles on the car then stuck it on the dyno. After, we put the stock exhaust back on the dyno, then we put this exhaust back on the dyno. I felt a little bad for Ryan's car but it was the only way to verify the exhaust performance. Here is the dyno history of this car.
Day 1
stock dyno pulls: 249whp
dyno w/ RPi exhaust version 1: 260whp (mainly top end gain)
Day 2
dyno w/ RPi exhaust version 2 after 100 miles (254whp + more tq)
stock dyno 243whp-249whp
Day 3
dyno w/ RPi exhaust version 2: 261whp + more tq.

Damn... That is a hefty gain. I smell a Nobel Prize... Sooooo does this count as the Race GT, or is this just a redux of the original? I am LOVING this so far. Best sounding system I've heard for the V8s

Man, because of you guys, the 545's are getting up pretty close to 400hp. That's exciting news.

We are trying hard. Our goal is to have a full line of exhausts for all new BMWs in the next few months.
