Rock chip... whats the best way to repair?

I saw few rock chips on my bumper and hood due to alot of highway running on my car...

what is the best way to repair this? do you know any good way to repair without respray whole hood and bumper?

Can you post some pics, if they're not too deep it's a relatively easy thing to repair ...........

it is not deep i was going to use touch up paint kit and do it myself but i was wondering if there is a better kit available in the market
