So, With 245/35/ R19 tyres all around maybe you have to put 5 mm spacers at the front. Try it without spacers and you'll see if they are needed, maybe not. For the rear no problem at all.

Forget the spacers. Try without them and you'll see. I'm 99.9% sure you won't need them.

If the setup was 9" front - 10" rear, then you should go for 245 front - 275 rear.

I have tried on 9,5x19 Hartge Nova for a 7 series with 255/35/19 .
On these I needed a 5 mil spacer to clear the front strut and not the wing.
With the wheels you have and 245/35/19 you should be perfectly fine, as nicke60gre has said, too.
