The best quad diffuser I've seen so far for the M-tech bumper. So, who's the first one to get it?

Uh, nice!

But the M5 bumper looks more .. OEM
But the M5 rear bumper doesn't fit to the normal E60.
So this diffusor is the only possibility to have a M5-like back.
(if I am wrong please tell me)

Sorry, but the M5 rear bumper does fit a non-M5 e60. The M5 rear bumper fit perfectly on my 545i.

Did you have to adjust your bumper or rear fenders?

I think you're confusing the M5 rear bumper with M5 front bumper. The M5 front bumper is 10mm wider one each side and adjustments need to be made for it to fit. The M5 rear is straight fit. No modifications necessary.

Looks great, IMO that's nicer than the M5 stock diffuser.

I agree with VT 100% on this one. That diffuser is perfect.
