But the M5 rear bumper doesn't fit to the normal E60.
So this diffusor is the only possibility to have a M5-like back.

Sorry, but the M5 rear bumper does fit a non-M5 e60. The M5 rear bumper fit perfectly on my 545i.

I think you're confusing the M5 rear bumper with M5 front bumper. The M5 front bumper is 10mm wider one each side and adjustments need to be made for it to fit. The M5 rear is straight fit. No modifications necessary.
