Has anyone used this?
I am getting rid of the run flats soon, this process might eliminate the need of me buying a spare wheel kit?
Would the gel sealant cause any complication with the TPMS?

I never used that before, but I don't think it's a good idea to use it. The TPMS may get damaged as well.

Yeah I dont know about that either. What if it doesnt dry evenly? Then the balance is thrown off and you will need a new tire. Seems like a good concept tho.

No new tire needed. It can be washed off with water on the inside to get the tire back to original state.
