Reverse parking sensor add-on
I have an 04 525 and want to add the parking sensor. Not too worried about the front but from past cars I depend on the rear. I found a shop that will do it for $350 but it has a really ugly screen I have to mount somewhere. Anyone have this done before? I dont care if it is factory but that would be nice... let me know!

M-Tech Aero installed, M Tech Gear Knob Short Shift, K&N Filter, Supersprint Exhaust 2x80mm OO, Shadowline
An extra screen?
No no...
Go to your dealer and install PDC (Park Distance Control)
The sensors are integrated in the bumpers

I can just see the dealer saying it cost $3,000!!!! Do you know how much>
You can go with the Rear Sensors on License plate.. It is listed in BMW Accessories booklet. it is much cheaper solution I think $250 for parts, less than 1 hour labor

IMHO I think its better if you just install a back up camera instead of having pdc. I think its cheaper and a lot more useful.
