Retrofit Navi pro in non navi 535D Tou M-sport

My first post
I was wondering if its possible/cost efficiant to do following:
I have an 535D-07 (Facelift) m-sport without navi and i was wondering if its possible/much work to retrofit it.
I can get whatever parts i need from a crashed 645 coupe with FULL opt.spec .
Is it the same "stuff" in both cars and is it possible to take the navi pro from donor car and install it in my e61?
