Guys how do I remove the lower grille (all 3 parts) in my non-sport front bumper?

Dont want to waste any time in trying out different approaches and potentially breaking something..

Any advice on this much appreciated!

all you need is flat screw driver.. there should be a tab that i think you can push it out.. honestly i just pulled mine out with force and it just came out right away.
