is there already some news about the rear entertainment package ?
I have the prof nav and when I look into the manuals I see that there is a possibility to add RGB connections. Are these for external screens? if yes, how can I activiate this ? Which connectors do i need ? I have already 2 screens in the rear of the car. |

So you could possibly just buy the wiring kit, but I think the SYstems need reprogramming aswell |
I am from Belgium. and how it is working ? I heard from my dealer that there is no connection towards the system in the front.

Sorry , looks like the BMW system has the dvd player built in with the screen , and the cable is just for power

I don't think that picture is the rear entertainment package that we've heard about before (the trunk-mounted DVD changer accessed through iDrive.)
The following thread may shed some additional light on this: http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=6454 |
