Rear bumper valance fell off???

My Ride: 2008 550i Sport Space Gray
I just bought a CPO 2008 550i with Sport about a month ago. When I got home from work today, I popped the trunk to get my computer out and noticed that the rear valance/ diffuser/ whatever you want to call it was gone! It's the piece in the lower center of the sport bumper that finishes out the bottom of the bumper cover. I swear it was there when I put my computer in the trunk when I left the office. There are about 8 rectangular holes where trim clips used to be that held the thing to the bumper cover. I didn't even know it was a separate piece. How the heck could it come loose like that? Do you think I have a chance at getting the dealer to replace it under warranty? Trim pieces shouldn't just fall off the car, right? It still has mileage remaining on the factory warranty- I'm not on CPO warranty yet.
Are there part number diagrams anywhere on this site? I want to find out the part number for that piece and see if it's available separately from the rest of the rear bumper cover, In case I strike out with the dealer. Wish me luck!
Ahh, good old RealOEM. I found the part number, 51127897215. It's part number 4 in the diagram. Does it come with the trim clips to reattach it?

Interesting, but the part is only $54 @ RealOEM. That's plus core, which I don't have, so I wonder what the core-less cost would be.
