Radio Interference from MTEC Angel Eyes

My Ride: 2005 545i Sport 6MT
Anyone have this issue? I recently installed them and notice a significant amount more interference with the lights on.

radio SAT

CD changer
iPod
etc.

I have MTEC V2 angel eyes. I will try when I return from business trip. I can check:
radio AM
radio FM
radio WX (do we still have that?)
CD single
CD iPod (BMW)
I do not have CD changer or radio SAT.
