Im thinking about lowering my car but do i have to get it realigned if i lowerer it?

yep, wait about 500 miles or so before you do it so the springs settle all the way

does it like really mess with tire wear?

Yeah its recommended and i believe its dealer only do to certain sensors and stuff some one correct me if im wrong

On your other thread you've mentioned that you've re-lowered the car again, is that mean another trip to re-alignment again?

My research says... yes.

Had the springs installed but couldn't get the alignment done because it was too late in the day. Need to schedule a date to come back to have alignment done.

no, i just dropped the rear another 5mm. Wasnt enough to throw it off.

so what does realign do?? sorry for the dumb questions im just trying to figure out if the negative chamber gets bigger to like -2... i read in some other thread but just trying to be sure before i do anything

well negative camber just means the wheel will sit a bit slanted in towards the car, bmws come with -2 from the factory

but you need to watch for toe which is how the wheel points

alignment will make sure that toe is correct and not all screwy

when i lowered my eibach it BARELY put it out of spec in the front for camber but toe was fine for all four wheels

so if you went that route you could wait a while before doing an alignment
