As for replica's, stay away. I considered the Miro 166 replica's, but decided it wasn't worth it.

How come you decided it wasn't worth it? I am seriously considering picking up a set of the Miro 318 (Style 166/M5 replicas) in hyper silver color. Everything checks out as far as I am concerned; 19x8.5 with ET38.

The two wheels that BMW makes with an offset of ET43 are Style 123 (mine...see my gallery), or the 124's (wheels on the 550 sport).

As Csmanbimmer pointed out, I have the replica #166 wheels. They will fit your car because they are 74.1mm outside diameter.
I had a good day today figuring out that my vibration problems are really caused by the hubcentric problems. I have 72.56 mm inside diameter (standard 530i). I finally took the wheels off myself today and did some work to ensure that the wheels were finally centered (I used some new hubcentric rings and I hand tightened the lug nuts instead of letting the idiot dealer do it with the impact gun). I think I got rid of 90% of the vibration, and I think that the 10% is caused because I could not rotate the rear wheels while tightening the lug nuts (I was afraid the jack would fall if I left the car in neutral).
I am not sure that I would shy away from replicas if they will come with the exact hub size for your car. They might work just fine. They look pretty good, and I think that the place that I got them (Lake Shore Wheels) just lowered the price by $200 for the set (I think that the 19" staggered is only $699).
I had to get 30mm spacers for the rear wheels to get rid of the ET32 offset. Now they look good. It was strange, but I needed no spacers for the front wheels. They are only 8x19 and 9x19 instead of OEM 8.5 and 9.5.
I would definitely not rule out the replicas if you can get exact 74.1 sizes. It actually maybe an unfortunate benefit if the replicas work.

But yeah, if you can get away with the vibrations and have no issues and you really like the 166 look, go for it! And if you do, post pics of a 530xi with them on. I'm curious to see how they look.

The one thing to keep in mind Monaco is that we have a high offset wheel. Since you have the 530i, your offset can still keep that "deep dish" look. Unfortunately for us, we don't get that same look with an offset of ET40 (Which I believe the Miro's are...or maybe they are 38 with a 19x8.5.
But yeah, if you can get away with the vibrations and have no issues and you really like the 166 look, go for it! And if you do, post pics of a 530xi with them on. I'm curious to see how they look.

Judging from these Miro 318 (M5 replicas) installed on lots of E90post.com members cars, the concave of the Miro 318 wheels is more than enough for me. The wheels has an offset of ET38.
