hi everyone, i have a couple of questions that i hope can be answerd here in this area of the site. my question are: can the 530i sport smg be lowered on it's stock suspension nd be stiffened up to make it handle better or does it need aftermarket suspension upgrades? and also, would this help in making the car handle better and be more stable at highway speeds. reason that i ask in that around 110kph and higher
the car tends (to me) to feel like it is getting buffed around in the wind, maybe a byproduct of the aluminum in the body, i donno, but it makes it so that i feel quite unnerved driving at high speeds which in a bmw is kinda odd. Any and all help on this matter would be much appreciated.
cheers

If you lower the car its normally better to buy a complete set (springs & shockabsorbers). You can try it with springs first but i would buy a complete set.
You can also take a look at your rim/tyre size. These can have a major effect on the driving of the car.

im from canada, do you know of, or recommend any perticular spring and shock set over any one other, also any ideas (ruff) of prices and or part #s? i will check the tires today, what kind of pressure should they be at for optimum driving stability and handleing in this car? i have the dunlop sp sport winter runflats atm and the brdigestone potenza 18's 235/45/r/18 for summers i beleive, rflats as well. winters are stock 17 rims on 235/50/r/17 i think. thx in advance
