I approached the lady who told me that they weren't covered then went on to the manager who told me they WERE covered so.... no charge.

This is interesting. I was told by my SA that they are not covered. I have the 100k maint. package as well and now my car is screaming with squeaks from the belts. Is there any place online I can find the details of the maint. pckg?
