Question: 06 07 LCI Xenon Headlight installation to 04.

Dear guys.
I am selling this part: LCI xenon headlight for 06,07 model.
But, so many 2004 owners ask me whether they can install this to their 2004 model.
I got information here, they need new LCM, retrofit cable, and programming (coding).
But, I don't know how much all jobs cost.
I really appreciate if you let me know details for this job.
Also, can I install LED tail lights ( LCI body ) without Bruce Cable if I finish those works for headlight?
As far as I have known, those jobs above can cover the installation for headlight and tail light.
am I right?
