I have a BMW 520DM Sport Auto E60 registered 1st September 2009. I would like to upgrade the exhaust to a quad system to improve both the aesthetics and MPG. Is this possible? I have sourced a very good rear defuser but no one can tell me of a suitable exhaust system to fit? I do not want to fit a dummy exust a want a real one any ideas please? Also I would like to change my stock electric mirrors for "Folding" electric mirrors What do I need and where can I find it please? Finally I would like to fot zenon headlights (I had them on my previous car (Saab aero) and I miss them the BMW standards are not great. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks John

Welcome to the forums!

You can find a suitable quad exhaust for your car for a reasonable price from a German FOX Sportauspuffanlagen. I'm not sure what do you mean by a dummy exhaust, but it would be very difficult to fit a muffler on the right side because of a battery compartment and the spare tire compartment.

I have this on my 530D:

- Antti -

edit: I don't think you would get any better MPG though...

edit2: A pic...

I know Mstyle in the uk do a quad exhaust. You could also have a custom exhaust made, which is what I did. You'd be spoilt for choice in the UK I would think. My twin exits both work 60/40 split.

Hi as mentioned you could try mstyle or schmeidmann, both have systems for sale. It may however work out cheaper getting a powerflow or similar manufactured to fit.
