M tech bumper does not come standard with a quad cut-out. Most members add a separate diffuser or cut out the diffuser to accommodate a quad exhaust. The M5 rear mumber already accommodates the quad exhaust and has a different diffuser.

if you have quads.. depending on which exhaust you get.. it can add horsepower...you have to start with what you want first.. quads or no quads.. then your rear choices get narrowed down... a little good luck... id go with quads...lol..
