New to this forum, and had a question, I just picked up an 06 525i, and wanted to make the car look a little more aggressive by either placing on the M-Tech kit + a front splitter

my friend just installed his and the fitment was absolutely horrible, needless enough to say, he changed it back to stock. Now im sure he didnt do his reseach and just bought the first kit that came his way, but i was wondering.

Are there any front splitters available for the stock bumper? Just a little scared now of taking off the oem parts. thanks!

What kind of bumper did he get that was horrible fitment?

As for what you should do, you can get the Mtech front from BMW and then buy my Hamann Replica Splitter. =) or you can go 2 Umnitza and buy the replica M5 bumper.

IMO: if you want aggressive...M tech is the way to go + splitters

ACS, Hammann, and OEM splitters really add a nice look to the M tech bumper

front add-ons for the stock bumper are

Breyton

ACS

ACS bumper looks alright, def not as nice as mtech + splitter. Whats the price difference between the two? im not going to be cheap or anything, just curious. Doesnt have to be a real mtech, good fitment rep is okay

Hey, great to meet another guy from Toronto, Canada. Well, I now live in Cambridge, but grew up in Toronto. You should join our next meet in the summer. We had 6 guys from the GTA get together last month.

A bunch of us on this forum ordered the Umnitza M replica bumper and we like it. I`ll be posting pic`s soon. But they can`t ship that item to Canada. It`s way too big and almost didn`t make USPS.

If you are interested in a front lip, Trinity can do it and ship to Canada. PM NeRwEEzy and he can sell you one that is already painted and ready to mount on top of your OEM bumper. Check his pic`s as he has one similar on his car.
