Yup, Tony is right on. It looks better, cleaner, and will allow more light to pass through. There will definitely be a sharper cut off, and more colors at the cut off as well.

It will, but it requires cutting open the headlights, lol.

Take a look between the obvious difference of the two.

Oh yah one looks blurry and one looks really clear. I don't know about the whole opening of the headlights though

Yeah, unfortunately that's the only way. There are four screws that are holding it from the back, and two that need to be screwed off in the front behind the shroud. I can't see how it's possible to screw off those two front screws without removing the shroud, which requires the front of the headlight being accessible.
