I'm considering to buy a new set of wheels for my car. So far i'm leaning toward getting a 19" unless someone can convince me to get the 20" instead. Anyway i'm wondering how much would a set of 19" Iforged or similar type of wheels cost. Suggestion for other options besides Iforged would also help. My budget is around 2k to 3k max including tires.

You are looking at around US$4000 for a brand new set of iForged. Plus around $1500 for new tires. That will run you at around US$5500 and that is the price tag you'll need to pay for most custom wheels out there. However, there's a cheaper alternative! Take a look here 19" iForged Classics.

although they don't have as many styles as iforged, hre, dpe, etc...they are much more reasonably priced.
some corvette and viper club racers would even argue that ccw's hold up better than hre/iforged at the track as well.
