Holy shiet! The effects are quite nice... looks meaner and stronger than the standard silver

I'm getting my new Ti Silver 550i with MSports pack on Tuesday.
I wanted to transfer my M172's to the new car, because here in SA the 550i MSports comes standard with M135 rims.
However, I felt like doing something to the wheels that would give them more contrast against the bright Ti Silver.
Also I am going for 35% tint on the new car, so I figured I should go for a chrome shadow effect on the 172 rims.
I got the rims back on Friday and all I can say is damn... now they look really good. I wish I'd done this earlier.
They look good on my current Carbon Black car, but I think they're going to look even better on the Ti Silver.
The pictures don't quite do them justice, but here goes anyway: (before and after)

a 550i ... I think you are going to be blown away by what the V8 can do after the appropriate break-in period, of course.
Wheels look great.
But, but, no more black car to care for? What shall you do now with all that free time?

hahahaha. +1
I was thinking the exact same thing when I looked at the pics. Give it a decent day of driving and i think any car with those stock wheels will look the same. Pay $320 for it ($80 each)?.....Probably not, but to each their own I guess.
