Predator Angel Eyes Flickering

I recently noticed my angel eyes flicker when I start up the car. Both sides flicker for about 6-7 times then stop. Does anyone else have this issue?

Mine do it as well. I think it may be the AIBv3's 
I don't remember seeing it before I installed them. Then again I didn't really pay too much attention to the factory angel eyes.
