Hello everyone new owner of a beautiful 2006 530i.

I read about the sport mode mod and I ordered the wiring and button preassembled by the roskinc guy from YouTube. What I’m looking to do is have the button for the sport mode be on the center console switch panel where the heated seats and DTC buttons are located. I am going to order a new panel that has the heated seats, DTC, and PDC buttons on it an use the PDC button for the sports mode.

Looking at the Center Console Switch Module, there are two plastic clasps that seem to hold the button panel from the rest of the unit. Has anyone opened up this panel because I can’t find any images of what it looks like inside?

If anyone can point me in the right direction or have done this mod before, please let me know
