It is a pre-LCI. The headlights received full make over with black out, clear lens swap, and Orion v2 angel eyes with my special ring treatment to make the rings even.
Orion v2 is currently the king of angel eyes for E60s, just that the install requires cutting headlights open. If you want to learn more, reach 5+ posts, and you can use the private messaging to talk to me.

Hey bud, reach 5 posts and your pm function will be activated. Send me a message and let me know what you're looking for. In addition, which part of Florida are you? I recently did a good amount of work for two guys out there, maybe you can check it out for yourself out there.

My Ride: 2004 BMW E60 530i, upgrades: Magnaflow exhaust, Mtec angel eyes and low beam head lights, Just purchased 172 style wheels, looking around for the best tires on Tire Rack now. R1 concepts rotors drilled/slotted. Saving for the M-style kit from Trinity Auto.

Best way I can explain to you the difference between Mtec V3 and Orion is this. When driving in the day time you can tell the Mtec V3 are there and on. Just like how you can tell a 40 watt bulb is on outside in the middle of the day. the Orion look like a 100 watt bulb outside in the middle of the day. there is a substantial difference between the 2. both will improve the exterior of your car. I get asked about my AE at least once a week. it comes down to budget, if you have to $ go Orion's, if not go Mtec.
