is the pre lci body bigger the lci models?

I parallel parked next to an lci 535 and I noticed my car was quite a bit longer than the lci model i was side by side with I was just wondering if my eyes were playing tricks on me?

Taiwan (and probably others) got an 'li' version of the E60 that I am so jealous of. I've seen it in person and in my opinion the dimensions work so much better than what we have at 196.1 inches in length.

I'd post a link to show you but my internet sucks in Italy....

i guess my eyes were playing tricks on me i just measured my car and got about 192in as documented. maybe the guy i parked next to had a shorter e60 lol I can't really explain but for some strange reason i have always felt visually the pre lci's were longer. I'm not going to give up yet despite the numbers proving me wrong I'm going to find that guys lci model and park again next to him, but this time i will hop out and photograph, and report back to the forum at least someone can see what i'm talking about and explain to me what the hell is going on, cuz i know i'm not crazy....

haha i admire your spirit...maybe he go banged and haven repair so his car is shorter? Or is your car lowered? Sometime i find lowered car looks longer...maybe its just me.
