Sorry if this has been addressed somewhere. I've done several searches and all posts are about changing bulbs.
I have a 2007 530i. Is there a way to use the Angel Eyes as my DRL without driving around with my parking lights on?

the dealer can program it. my friend has it on his 2005 530i.
Edit: Well i don't know if the dealer can program it but my friend does have it on his stock 2005 530i. I always questioned this myself.

In the US the dealer programs the DRLs but I've never heard of the angel eyes being programmed in as the DRLs.

The dealer can program to turn off the DTRL's. If you you get them disabled, then you would need to turn the switch to get the AE's to turn on.
