We have decided to look into a quad exhaust set up for the 545i. For this to happen we require a STOCK 545i. This means the car needs to be as if it just came off the assembly line. No exterior or performance mods. We will need you to leave the car here for at least two weeks and allow us to put on a few hundred miles for testing. Please call us at 562-630-5966 or send me a PM. Thanks.

Single sided will produce more power than quad setup. We have tested this before but this was with another manufacturer and not BMW. We will do our testing and find out for certain with the 545i.

Because of space, its my personal belief that a single sided exhaust will give the best performance and going quad would purley be for cosmetic reasons. Being known for performance if it makes no power we wouldn't make it. At best you can hope for the same performance as a single sided.

what if a 545 buys the rpi duals right now and then later on decided to go quads, is it going to be a different set-up or just buy the one for the right side?
