poor radio reception

I been trying to track the bad reception down (fm stations in and out). After checked all aftermarket amp conn and found everything fine i think the roof spoiler is blocking signal. The spoiler sits 3m taped right where the fm and am connections are on the other side of window what do you guys think ????
