Poly Suspenion Bushings
Does anyone know of any poly bushing XI sedan guys can use for the rear of the car ?

There really isn't to many options for us E6x guys like the E9x guys have for rear suspension. IIRC energy makes some poly bushing but that's about it. I'm about to have my rear diff mounts replaced and the only decent options is OEM.

As stated, options are limited. Powerflex makes a good amount of poly bushings in out fitment.
Victor, you can purchase some MFactory solid (rubber) E9X diff mounts, the are bolt on for the E6X chassis. Evan https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-F...0/IMG_6403.JPG |

Nice. Yeah the guys at Ptech said they think these would work but they weren't sure since they never tried installing the E9x solid bushings in a E60. That would be a better option since the LSD combined with the HTRZ3's and my current power levels is basically ripping apart my rear trans mounts when the hammer drops. Thanks.
If your trans mounts are taking a beating it would be good to check your engine mounts, mine were beyond shot at 100k and looked like maybe 80k was a good time to replace them. Also, assuming diff mounts are adequate, subframe bushings are very important for preserving drivetrain under load. Many E9X M3 guys are running solid aluminum bushing, and the M3 GTS and F10 M5 actually have the subframe bolted to the chassis. I would love to go this route but our rear subframes are aluminum and the best option would be rubber/metal like the MFactory bushings above or Delrin. Evan |
Thanks guys I will be upgrading to the e9X Bushings when it gets warmer.
