I am having my windows tinted with Pinnacle Ceramic Tint tomorrow. It has a lifetime warranty and being ceramic, will not interfere with the electronics. Has anyone used this?

I have it on my car and I have been happy with it. No problems with the electronics.

I have Formula One's Pinnacle tint. I did a lot of reasearch before I went and chose Pinnacle. One of the biggest reasons I chose it is because of its lifetime warranty. Also, did you know that if you ever had a problem with the tint you can take your car to any Formula One dealer in the US and they will work on it for free? I got mine done while in VA. Currently, I'm in CA. I'm comfortable knowing I can go to any F1 dealer in CA if I ever have a problem. The shop that did my tint did a great job. No dot matrix problems unlike my previous bimmer. I'm happy with my 50% grade. I have black interior plus the windows come from the factory with a very slight tint as well. Almost zero chance of getting pulled over. Though, I still might due to my Euro plates on the front.

Here is the link for anyone interested: http://www.formulaone.com/

DonV -Vnod

Did you get your windows tinted in the Valley? If so, did you care for the service they provided you? I would like to get something put onto my windows because currently I have stock "tint" on mine.

I have Formula One Pinnacle (35%) on my car. Works and looks great. No interference with radio (AM/FM), Navigation, or any other electronics on the car.

I think with tinting, the results of how it looks and functions has more to do with the installer than the actual product. Make sure you got a reputable shop or installer.

But as far Pinnacle is concerned ... good stuff.

OMG, I should ask the people on the forum before I did my tint few weeks ago.
I had FormulaOne tint on my ex-CLK, loved it. I had the car for 7 years and the color never fade.
I try to have the same tint on my e60, but the place I went to don't do auto tinting anymore. I went to local shop and install whatever they said it's the best, but the tint doesn't look as good as FormulaOne.
