If you guys would/could/not mind .... post pictures of yours, or friends e60's with tinted windows & if you have, what band, type and or %'s front/back.


I'm trying to decide wether or not i will tint the car,and if so - i think a "absorbent" look would look nice on it. dark grey, but NOT reflective.

Hi people.

I've been reading this forum for a couple of weeks, and this is my first post.

I started looking at the e60 after deciding not to buy a Porsche. I just closed the deal on a 545i SE, which is specced up with basically everything except Dynamic Drive. It's also got 19" Alpina wheels and tinted rear windows.

I'm very excited, and even though it's brand new (me and one other customer test drove), I can have it right away from stock.

I got about ?8k off list, and they are trading my old 7 series for about ?1k more than it's worth.

Big question. How can I get the front windows tinted, and will I get pulled in the UK?
