I installed the kit 3 weeks ago but have not had time to take pictures and post until now. Yes, I know that the gap between the hood and the front bumper is more that it should be. I know how to correct that, but again I have not had the time to make the adjustment........maybe next weekend.
A couple of observations: 1. I think the kit makes the 124 wheels look better than with the stock bumpers.......at least in the flesh, I don't know if the pictures really show that. 2. I could not DISAGREE more with those of you who believe that the M Kit's rear bumper looks "less agressive" or "less sporty" than the stock rear bumper. The M rear bumper looks A LOT more aggressive and sporty than the stock. It is a lot bigger and deeper. Yes.......maybe both the M Front bumper and the stock Rear bumper have a lip, but I personally don't think they match each other well. When I installed the front bumper I did not have the time to do the rear the same day, so I ended up driving it with the M Front and stock Rear for a couple of days and then installed the M Rear. So I have seen it both ways and still believe the M Rear is MUCH better. The M Rear matches the whole M Kit much better and has so much presence that unfortunately just does not read well in the pictures. Anyways.......just my opinion. Since I have about 30 pictures to post, I can not do it in one post.........so I will post them in here and the next couple of replies......just scroll down. http://photos.imageevent.com/rody/mp...20_Custom_.JPG http://photos.imageevent.com/rody/mp...20_Custom_.JPG http://photos.imageevent.com/rody/mp...20_Custom_.JPG http://photos.imageevent.com/rody/mp...20_Custom_.JPG http://photos.imageevent.com/rody/mp...20_Custom_.JPG http://photos.imageevent.com/rody/mp...20_Custom_.JPG http://photos.imageevent.com/rody/mp...20_Custom_.JPG http://photos.imageevent.com/rody/mp...20_Custom_.JPG http://photos.imageevent.com/rody/mp...20_Custom_.JPG http://photos.imageevent.com/rody/mp...20_Custom_.JPG |
