yea its already lowered, but i had the stock suspension and lowered that only 1.1R and 1.0R... there is still a half an inch in the back

I am planning to do the same thing next summer. I have a list of mods and I have started buying the already. I have e question regarding the springs - from various sources I've heard that lowering springs were damaging stock suspention in the long term? Is there anything true about that?
