I think this is the optional M5 spoiler...I know we discussed this in Alpine545's previous post but I thought I would put up a new post with this pic. For me I think I'll pass (I reserve the right to change my mind) I'm not a big rear-spoiler fan unless it's very subtle like on the last generation M5 or the current S4.

In the 2nd pic why is the car parked so close to that wood fence? Maybe they didn't have PDC!

The new M5 lip looks like a mini "squished" version of the OEM E60 spoiler from a side view.

I'm not sure...it might just be the way the pictures were snapped but I don't see the "pass through (open area)" under the M5 spoiler that you have on yours. Take a look at the pics

Yours/E60 Spoiler from accesory catalog/open area indicated by arrows:

Optional M5 Spoiler...does it have that same opening or is it a solid piece????

I noticed that too...nice to not have to care about the M5 that you're driving around in

I see now. The angle was a little confusing.

Nice to see my car on the forum again.

UGLY!... Wonder if the E39 M5 lip spoiler will fit the E60?
