unfortunately not!
I have also a 530i, the tips are oval and when you remove them you will see that the inner tube is also oval.The only way is to paint them or wrap it like I did:
take a look at this one
It's quite easy, you have to remove the tips and wrap it.
So far no problems with the heat.
I floored my car this weekend and there was no sign of shrinkage.
