My Ride: 2008 BMW 550i Sport
Carbon Black Metallic/Cream Beige
Manny tranny and other stuff
Recently gone, but never forgotten:
2005 Ford Mustang GT (hence the name)
Torch Red/Crimson
Manny tranny and every option available for that year
2002 Chrysler 300M Special
Brilliant Black/Light Taupe/Dark Slate
Autostick and goo-gobs of neat features that I will sorely miss
Tired of the brake dust, I've contemplated getting my 172s paint matched. Has anyone done it w/ factory wheels and have pictures to share?

Because you have carbon black, unfortunately, they'll look black 99% of the time. The only time you'll see that they're not is when they are super clean and in direct sunlight.

Nope. I'm not willing to sacrifice stopping power for less brake dust.

Fair enough, although their are a few members (including myself) that haven't notice a difference in stopping power with axxis pads. I actually noticed an improvement in braking (of course I had to bend/break-in my axxis pads after install).
Either way, hope you've got a good wheel brush
