I spent 1200 on paint for M-Tech front bumper and side skirts + trunk finisher and paint.

The trunk finisher was about $150. So 1200 - 150 = $1050 for paint.

$1,200 for all three? front sides and M trunk>? wow! thats too much

Those amount seems right, if you are getting quality prep, fitments, then paint, it's about $1200 at least. Even though Mtech is OEM, those who have installed it on there own can tell you that nothing ever fits just perfects, there's always a gap issue or something no bent enough. You have to consider that plastics warp and change shape during shipment due to various factors.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the bumpers I bought were used and already painted silver grey. So they had to sand them down, re-primer, then paint and install the bumpers. The trunk finisher was new from the factory, primed and ready to paint.
