Just had this done to my 05 545 last week and thought I'd share.
Old...
NEW..(muffler's in there somewhere)
Everything in between...
Too heavy, too restrictive and too (shhh) quiet
There it is...Magnaflow 11385
I have no idea what tips are these but I thought they were so purrdy
Overall I'm am very pleased with this set up. There is a slight "drone" at approximately 1700-1900 RPM but, I'm usually either above or below that. Nothing obnoxiously loud at idle instead, just a nice harmonic rumble to let others next to you know you're here. That is until you see them in your rear view mirror. Thanks for looking!

Thank you sir! It sure sound a whole lot better. I literally just got done reading your "Photoshooting" thread and I must say your E60 is pure BEAUTY! Don't be so modest about your shooting skills, I thought they were all great shots. You my friend, inspired me. Thanks once again.
